Calendrier :
  • Très Haute saison : Juillet et Aout.
  • Haute saison :Mai, Juin et Septembre - Vacances de la Toussaint, de Pâques et de Noël.
  • Basse saison : reste de l'année.
  • Week-end : selon disponibilités (du vendredi 16h au dimanche fin d'après midi - Hors vacances scolaires).

Additional Information
  • Prices are valid until december 31, 2011.
  • Tax "de séjour" (French Tax) : 0.50€ per night and per person over 13 years old.
  • Housekeeping (obligatory) : gite1 & gite3 = 65 € / gite 2 & gite 4 = 50€.
  • Linen (optional) : Bedding, bathroom, kitchen : 12€ / person.
  • Wood : 50 € per cubic meter
  • Reservations are not confirmed until the receipt of the "arrhes" and a 25% deposit for the total amount of your stay.
  • In case of cancellation the "arrhes" paid will not be refunded.
  • Payment on arrival.
  • A damage deposit of 1000 € is required when you arrive and will be returned to you when you after the inspection of the gite has been done.
  • Time of arrival is no earlier than 4 pm. Please inform us of your time of arrival if you will be arriving much later than 4 pm.
  • Time of departure is no later than 10 am.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the gites.
  • We do not accept animals.
